Nice cozy room facing the trees and greeneries. Extra bed was arranged in a prompt manner. Most importantly the staff are friendly and honest especially Mr Raj. After checking out for about 6 hrs, I realised that I have left my son's shoes in the shoe rack of room 139. I called the hotel and the staff Mr Raj who attended to my call was very helpful. He and his team had managed to find and keep the shoes for us. The integrity displayed by them is highly commendable. The hotel and staff deserve the highest rating.

The staff was great especially the receptionist indian gal and the coffee house Chinese staff both of them are assets sorry I don't get their names but as a hotelier I feel their warm welcome and the service they provide is the way for future business. All the best to them and thank them for me pls.

A spacious and clean room.comfortable bed. Air-cond works well. Clean bathroom. Complete with basic toiletries. Our room got lovely views of Taiping backyard hills. Location wise, near to Taiping main attraction. Only about 5-10 minutes to Taman Tasik, Zoo Taiping and city centre via car.

Was very comfortable. Only the thing i would like to commend little regarding the bathroom shower. We stayed in room num 102 and the shower is not functioning as how it’s supposed to be. I advice the management should check on it for better stay.

Room...superb. Cleanliness........very good but for breakfast very upset. During breakfast so many ants at biscuits/fruits area. And choices very limit. Drinks .....ermmmmmm. Especially jus. Taste one kind.......
